The Best Barbeque Beefburger |

450g (1lb) lean Welsh beef mince
15ml (1tbsp) hot mustard
15ml (1tbsp) tomato ketchup
30ml (2tbsp) gherkins, thinly sliced
Mustard and Tomato Mayo:
15ml (1tbsp) wholegrain mustard
30ml (2tbsp) mayonnaise
1 tomato, chopped |
In a bowl mix together lean beef mince with mustard, tomato ketchup and gherkins. Season with pepper, mix well and shape into 4 burgers.
Cook under a preheated grill or hot barbecue for 8-12 minutes until cooked thoroughly.
Mustard and Tomato Mayo: Mix together mustard, tomato and mayonnaise.
Serve burgers with onion rings, extra gherkins and mayo. |
