Citrus Beef Kebabs |
| Cubes of lean rump steak with orange wedges, made into kebabs |

225g (8oz) lean Welsh beef rump steak, cubed
15ml (1tbsp) honey
1 orange, juice and rind
15ml (1tbsp) balsamic vinegar
2 cloves garlic, squashed
Orange wedges
Bay leaves
Corn-on-the-cob chunks |
In a bowl mix lean beef rump steak cubes with honey, juice and rind 1 orange, balsamic vinegar and garlic cloves. Mix well, cover and refrigerate for approximately 30 minutes.
Thread the beef cubes onto skewers with orange wedges, bay leaves and corn chunks. Barbecue for approximately 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
Serve with citrus cous cous salad. |
