Thai Mini Burgers

Slightly spicey beef burgers in a sweet chilli dipping sauce
Macey's Thai Mini Burgers Recipe

Approx 20-30 minutes
Temperature
Moderate oven, Gas Mark 4, 180°C, 350°F
225g (8oz) lean minced beef or lamb
60ml (4tbsp) fresh breadcrumbs
15ml (1tbsp) creamed coconut
5ml (1tsp) red Thai curry paste
5ml (1tsp) lime or lemon juice Fresh coriander
Mix together the mince with remaining ingredients. Shape into 10-12 mini burgers. Bake in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or grill for 4-5 minutes each side. Serve with sweet chilli dipping sauce.
