Thai Mini Burgers |
| Slightly spicey beef burgers in a sweet chilli dipping sauce |

225g (8oz) lean minced beef or lamb
60ml (4tbsp) fresh breadcrumbs
15ml (1tbsp) creamed coconut
5ml (1tsp) red Thai curry paste
5ml (1tsp) lime or lemon juice Fresh coriander |
| Mix together the mince with remaining ingredients. Shape into 10-12 mini burgers. Bake in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or grill for 4-5 minutes each side. Serve with sweet chilli dipping sauce. |
