125g (4oz) roasted beef slices, cut into thin slices
4 spring onions, thinly sliced
¼ cucumber, cut into strips
1 fresh red chilli, deseeded and finely sliced
6 radishes, thinly sliced
50g (2oz) bean sprouts
50g (2oz) green beans, lightly blanched
30ml (2tbsp) fresh coriander leaves
30ml (2tbsp) fresh mint, chopped
Asian Style Drizzle
½ lime, juice
15ml (1tbsp) sweet chilli sauce
Dash of soy sauce

Toss together the cooked beef slices, spring onions, cucumber, chilli, radishes, bean sprouts, green beans, coriander leaves and mint.
To make the Asian Style Drizzle: Mix together lime juice, sweet chilli sauce and soy. Drizzle over the salad and serve. |
