Only the finest delicious tender turkey breast is bound into the shape of a joint and then filled with a variety of different options, shown here with our cranberry and herb filling. the beauty of this is that you don't have any bones to deal with. A variety of fillings are available, or you can choose to have all meat and no filling. Starting price guide shown is for a 1.4kg joint.

Cooking Guidelines

Preheat oven to Gas Mark 5, 190°C, 375°F, then cook for 20 mins to the pound (450g), checking regularly. Remember that the less-dense filling will reduce the cooking time, so be sure to check how the joint is progressing during cooking.
