Macey's Roast Duck
Duck is the perfect choice for a dinner party or as an additional option on your Christmas table. Our free-range traditionally reared ducks have a fine flavour and we can supply them ready prepared with a variety of fine fillings and glazes according to your preference. Price guide shown is for a 1.8kg bird.

Cooking Guidelines

Preheat oven to Gas Mark 7, 220°C, 425°F, cook at this high temperature for 20 minutes to seal the juices, then reduce heat to Gas Mark 4, 180°C, 350°F and cook for 30m per pound (450g). During cooking check regularly and pour off excess fat for roast potatoes.
