In this picture we see a honey glaze, and the loin has been filled with a stuffing of apple, sage and onion. |
Cooking GuidelinesPreheat the oven to Gas Mark 5, 190°C, 375°F. 20 mins to the lb/450g. Remember to check regularly during cooking. |
