Macey's Pork and Apricot Olives
A lean fillet of pork or a slice from a leg of pork is filled with delicious apricots, then rolled ready for the oven. Very quick and easy to cook and handy to keep in the freezer for that extra family meal or unexpected guest.

Cooking Guidelines

Product weight approx 6 - 8oz, 225g. Cooking time approximately 25 minutes. Gas Mark 4, 180°C, 350°F. Place on a baking tray in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until piping hot and the juices run clear. Serve with seasonal vegetables.
