A lean rack of pork stuffed with a blend of apricots, almonds and feta cheese. The delicate taste of this dish is quite outstanding. Product weight 1.5lbs - 5lbs (750g to 2.5kg).

Cooking Guidelines

Place in a preheated oven Gas Mark 5, 190°C, 375°F, and cook for 20 minutes to the pound.
