| The trimmed eye of a loin of pork is filled with sliced apples marinated in Calvados, with Camembert cheese and wrapped in ham. Normandy Pork is very quick and convenient to cook, and will serve from single portions to a large family or dinner party. Product weight approx l/4 lb (500g to 2kg). |
