A pork escalope, slim, lean and tender, is filled with seasoned minced pork, herbs and fresh apple, then garnished with a Dijon mustard. Product weight 6/8oz (225g).

Cooking Guidelines

Cooking time approximately 45 minutes, Gas Mark 4, 180°C, 350°F. Place on a baking tray in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until piping hot and juices are running clear. Serve with new boiled potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
