| Portions of traditionally farmed boneless belly of pork. We marinade these in a blend of Soya, Worcester and Tabasco sauces, sweetened with honey. |
Cooking GuidelinesCook in a preheated oven for 45 minutes at Gas Mark 5, 190°C, 375°F. A flamed finish on the grill or barbeque will add extra flavour. Cooking time approximately 16-30 minutes Gas Mark 7, 220°C, 425°F. To oven bake, place on a rack in a roasting tin and open roast for 30 minutes. To grill, place under a preheated grill for 8 minutes each side, turning once. |
