The fresh organic loin of pork is perfectly trimmed and then filled with a plum and ginger stuffing which perfectly complements the natural flavour of the meat. Leave to marinade overnight, then add the surplus marinade to the roasting juices a few minutes before serving to use as a sauce. This dish will serve anything from a single person to a large family or dinner party. It is ideal served cold and sliced as a buffet. |
