| A true favourite of these islands, real pork makes perfect crackling. A loin of pork can be cut into a single portion or extended to suit a dinner party. Why not ask for extra crackling? This joint will be prepared so that it is easy to carve. Product weight 2 - 12 lbs ( 1- 5 kg). |
Cooking GuidelinesPlace in a preheated oven Gas Mark 5, 190°C, 375°F for 20 to 25 minutes per pound (500g). For apple slices: Whole desert apples washed and sliced across their width forming '0' slices with the core and pips removed from the centre. Pan fry in a little butter, turning each side until just golden. |
