A very economical mid-week special. A fillet from the juicy and tasty neck, or brochette as it is known in France, which has been wrapped in leeks.

Cooking Guidelines

Wrap in cooking foil and place into a preheated oven. Gas Mark 5, 190°C, 375°F for 45 minutes.
