| A full saddle of home grown lamb farmed in the traditional manner is boned and very carefully trimmed of excess fat. On this occasion we have used finely ground lamb seasoned with rubbed mint and Mediterranean herbs as a filling. We do, of course, have other home-made stuffings to suit your taste. |
Cooking GuidelinesPreheat the oven to Gas Mark 5, 190°C, 375°F. 25 mins to the lb/450g. |
