De-boned free-range duck filled with turkey and chicken breast, with the drumsticks left on the bird to maintain the shape. This roast comes with an Old English herb and spice filling.

Cooking Guidelines

Cook in a Moderately Hot oven, Gas Mark 5, 190°C, 375°F for 25m to the pound and 25m over. A little longer time is required than for roast duck, due to the additional filling.
