Macey's Beef and Stilton Grills
A thin slice of tender beef wrapped around a fold of lean minced steak containing a slice of rich blue Stilton, lightly seasoned with cumin, chilli, garlic and herbs.

Cooking Guidelines

Grill 8 minutes on each side, or wrap in foil and cook in the oven for 20 minutes at Gas Mark 5, 190°C, 375°F. Average weight 6oz/175g.
