Cooking GuidelinesBrush lightly with cooking oil or butter and cook it in a very moderate oven for 40 minutes at Gas Mark 3, 170°C, 325°F. Baste frequently or wrap in foil, and serve on a bed of seasonal vegetables. Excellent when garnished with a Béarnaise Sauce. Average weight 6oz/175g. |
